Mentoree
Program
The BCBA Mentor/Mentoree Program was established to create a supportive, collaborative, and educationally rich program for first year BCBAs to have guidance and support navigating the complex demands of the profession. the Clinical Director is responsible for mentoring first-year BCBAs with their day-to-day job responsibilities and teaching the necessary requirements as outlined in the Mentor Program to ensure the Mentoree can successfully and confidently perform the job of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with clinical fidelity.
Qualifications:
-
1st-year BCBA that completed their practicum with another organization
-
1st-year BCBA transitioning from an RBT role to a BCBA role
-
1st-year BCBAs that have been recommended to participate based on their performance and fieldwork criteria results. It is CBG's mission to continue developing their clinical and professional skills to bolster career success.
