SOCIAL SKILLS REGISTRATION
This registration is the first step in the intake and enrollment process for social skills groups at CBG.

Social skills groups will run for 5 consecutive weekly sessions. Groups will run from April 29th, 2024 through May 31st, 2024. The program fee is $250 for a six week program with 2 sessions per week. Siblings receive a 20% discount. Each session includes snacks and supplies for all scheduled activities. The program will be held at our new location at 10272 S US Hwy 1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.

Accepted payments include: Cash, Check, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo

The information obtained on this initial registration helps the team determine whether or not your child would be a good candidate for the program at this time.
General Overview of Philosophy & Service Delivery Model

We offer individualized, evidence-based approach to teach developmentally appropriate play skills.

Best fit groups are formed according to participant age as well as areas of strength, need, interests and preferences. All of our groups are highly individualized to best meet the needs of the participants in the group.

Our group focus is based on the six stages of play (Parten, 1929). Contriving and capturing child led natural environment learning opportunities to teach basic and complex skills needed to be more successful and independent in a variety of social settings.

Each group will be supervised by our Social Skills Program Lead and facilitated by trained, fun loving, enthusiastic social skills play masters.
