We are committed to hiring individuals who are passionate about providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis services. Our team is provided with continual support and ongoing training, tailored to meet the needs of our clients and their families.
Tier 1
Student Analyst

Student in the first half of their program

Focus is on theory and foundational principles as presented in the task list
-
Indirect activities focus on foundational concepts. These include but are not limited to data analysis, program writing, researching literature to assist with the development of programming, and an introduction to treatment plans through record review.
Tier 2
Student Analyst

Students in the second half of their program

Opportunities for more advanced clinical application in relation to the task list
-
Indirect activities include more advanced skills such as conducting assessments, analyzing results, writing protocol, and training staff.

Student participation and progress is measured across 3 content areas: Clinical Skills, Administration/Case Management/Professionalism and Specialized Content Training Areas.
Both levels participate in bi-monthly group supervision meetings
Clinical Apprenticeship Program
The Clinical Apprentice will further develop their skills by receiving hands on training by supporting the BCBA/BCaBA and supervising RBTs. This opportunity will provide the CAP with the necessary practice to further develop their clinical and administrative skills so they can become competent in the daily tasks applicable to the BCBA/BCaBA position.
Prerequisites:

All direct hours have been completed.

Students have demonstrated 80% or higher in clinical skills and 50% or higher in administrative/case management/professionalism as indicated on their CBG student program tracker.

Students have shown progress in the specialized content area.
